Job Title: Wealth Strategist

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced wealth strategist to drive growth and success in our high net worth client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing customized wealth strategies, engaging with clients, and building strong relationships.

About the Role:

  • Drive new client acquisition across HNI/UHNI/NRI segments by developing effective business development strategies and executing them through targeted outreach and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, risk appetite, and wealth aspirations, and utilize this information to tailor comprehensive wealth management plans that meet their needs.
  • Pitch and onboard clients across Mutual Funds (MFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternatives Investment Funds (AIFs), Bonds, Insurance, and Trading accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and excellent client service.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets through strategic planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with Research & Product Development teams to position investment opportunities that align with client interests and goals.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including conducting seminars/webinars, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential clients and expand our network.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene with updated client interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and communication.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) or equivalent degree from a reputable institution.
  • 1-3 years of client acquisition/sales experience in wealth management, PMS, AIF, or BFSI domain, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets.
  • Strong HNI network and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with 10X growth orientation, able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive business success.
