Process Instrumentation Service Manager

Job Summary:

  • The Process Instrumentation Service Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers in the region, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service delivery: Provide timely and effective service to customers in the region, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, building strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Team management: Lead and manage a team of service professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation/Electronics or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in servicing Process Instrumentation products.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Siemens Process Instrumentation products.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other software applications.
