Job Description

The Center Head Academic is responsible for overseeing the academic operations of a premier coaching institute in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves managing faculty, ensuring high-quality education delivery, and monitoring student performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and knowledge of curriculum planning. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong leadership and team management abilities.

In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will be able to analyze student performance and implement improvement strategies. Relevant experience in the education sector, particularly in coaching and tutoring, is highly desirable.

Qualifications and Skills
