Mandatory Information Details

1. Role: Cybersecurity Specialist

2. Essential Technical Skills:

Cybersecurity Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have (Ideally Not More Than 3-5)

1. Strong IT Network Experience with Infrastructure Security and Proxy Knowledge.

2. Extensive Hands-on Experience in Designing and Implementing Zscaler Solutions.

3. Ability to Gather Information for Optimal Solutions.

4. Test Case Creation for Solution Validation Covering Various Scenarios.

5. Good Experience in Migrating Proxy Solutions to Zscaler Solutions.

6. Designing and Integrating Zscaler Solutions with Existing Authentication Servers Using Protocols like LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, Active Directory.

7. Global and Region-Specific Control Policies for End-Users.

8. Forward Proxy, Explicit, and Transparent Web Content Filtering Configurations.

9. Advanced Networking Troubleshooting Skills and Extensive Knowledge of Web Connectivity and Protocols (WCCP, PAC Files, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, Telnet, SSH, etc.)

10. Certifications in Web Content Filtering (CCSP, CEH).

11. Project Experience, Ability to Understand Job Requirements Quickly and Work Efficiently.

12. Flexibility in Adapting Oneself to Project Demands and Meeting Deliverables.

1. Analytical and Debugging Skills.

2. Coordination with SMEs, Stakeholders, Timelines Management, Escalation, and Status Provision.

3. Exposure on Agile Methodology, ITIL Framework Domain Knowledge.

4. Knowledge and Experience on AD, Network, and Firewall.

5. Documentation Skill with Network Architecture Drawing Experience Using Microsoft Visio.

6. Ability to Quickly Learn and Adapt to New Technologies.

3. Participate in CAB Meetings for Technical Reviews, Status Updates, and Issue Communication.

4. Daily Incident, Change, and Problem Ticket Solving.

5. Willingness to Work in Rotational Shifts Covering 24/7 Operations Including Weekends/Holidays.

6. Coordination with Vendors to Solve Ongoing Issues.

7. Joining Critical/High-Priority Tickets During Major/Potential Major Incidents.
