Job Title:

NLP Research Scientist

We are seeking a skilled NLP Research Scientist to join our team of experts in developing and deploying cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) models. As an NLP Research Scientist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing novel NLP algorithms, fine-tuning pre-trained language models, and evaluating their performance on various tasks.

About the Role:

  • Develop state-of-the-art NLP models that integrate multiple data modalities, including text, audio, and visual inputs.
  • Design and conduct experiments to test new algorithms, architectures, and fine-tuning techniques for Text-to-Speech (TTS) applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, TTS, and AI agents to inform ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
  • Currently pursuing an advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a closely related field.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Experience or coursework in large language models, deep learning, NLP, and TTS technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Understanding of algorithm design, data structures, and model optimization techniques relevant to NLP and TTS systems.
  • Professional Skills:
  • Ability to develop and deploy machine learning models in practical environments, with a focus on TTS applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
