Job Title: Manufacturing Excellence

As a senior manufacturing professional, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating process improvement initiatives across the organization. Your primary objective will be to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the standard world-class manufacturing framework across pan-India plants, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to devise new support materials based on revised processes, including training, reporting, and systems enhancements.
  • Monitor project risks proactively, identifying potential problems and developing solutions to mitigate them.
  • Ensure business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on, and managed at all times.
  • Set up programs, deliver coaching, and run projects across plants, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery and identify areas for future improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good honors degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts, including Six Sigma, Lean, and value stream mapping.
  • Strong analytical, project, and product management skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
  • Ability to set up, facilitate, and lead service improvement/workshops with a range of business stakeholders, including experience in process/value stream mapping.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
