Job Title: Remote Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Hybrid Mode

Experience: 3+ years (3 years Relevant)

Job Type: Contract to hire (C2H)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  2. Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines
  3. Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues
  4. Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime
  5. Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
  6. Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support
  7. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
  8. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely
  9. Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications
  10. Respond to user tickets and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments
  11. Maintain logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates
  12. Assist in setting up new systems and user accounts
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues
  14. Ensure timely updates and patches for systems and applications
  15. Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices
  16. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies
