Financial Leadership Role
The Senior Financial Manager will oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial statements, budgeting, and overall financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting, MIS, budgeting, and audit processes.
- Manage banking, treasury, and compliance matters.
- Support in ROC filings, Board resolutions, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management teams.
- Ensure seamless Pre-IPO & Post-IPO compliances with regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Qualification: CS with MBA Finance / M.Com with strong finance knowledge preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Finance/Accounts/Compliance.
- Exposure to secretarial work / company law will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
