Master's Degree Abroad Mentorship Platform

We connect students aiming to pursue their master's degrees abroad with current or past students at top universities worldwide. The Account Manager-Operations will handle end-to-end processes for students subscribing to our Undergraduate and Masters service offerings. This includes working with individual stakeholders on the application process, coordinating between mentors and customers, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders of the company and senior management.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing skills with past experience in content editing/writing.
  • Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to coordinate with team members and other departments.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility, self-assurance, and innovative problem-solving aptitudes.
  • Ability to gather feedback from customers and incorporate it for continuous process improvement.
