Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced digital marketing professional to fill this key role in Panchkula, India.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, database marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. They will also identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance, brainstorm new growth strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute web, SEO, SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Braintstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Ability to identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
