Service Category Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Service Category Manager to join our team. As a Service Category Manager, you will be responsible for operational excellence across a set of cities. This involves selecting and training new partners, improving current partner quality, and ensuring swift and robust execution.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve service excellence.

You will have a high ownership mindset and be passionate about operational excellence. We offer a great work environment with massive ownership and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an ops-related/consulting/strategy role
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects – the ability to influence and lead
