Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have experience in production management and be able to lead a team to achieve high levels of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and Reconcile Production Input vs Output: Ensure that all production inputs are accurately recorded and reconciled with outputs to minimize losses and optimize resource utilization.
  • Maintain Daily Production Records and Monthly Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily production, including output, quality control, and any deviations from planned targets.
  • Provide Training and Development Opportunities: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of operators, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor Processes and Identify Areas for Improvement: Continuously monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
  • Handle Non-Conforming Reports and Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve non-conforming reports, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage Defective Material Complaints: Respond to and resolve defective material complaints in a timely and efficient manner, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
