
Business Development Executive

We seek a skilled professional to prospect new leads, conduct outbound calls, and build relationships with logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.
- Promote logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
- Document all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team for seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
This role requires fluent communication in both Spanish and English and the ability to work US shift (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST).
Key Responsibilities:• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems
• Must be able to work US business hours
