Business Transformation Leader – AI & Data Science

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic transformation using artificial intelligence, data science, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

The successful candidate will drive process optimization, innovation, and cost-efficiency across global operations, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified methodologies to redesign business processes, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in critical areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI/ML solutions, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and production-ready deployments.
  • Develop, track, and report on key transformation KPIs, including Average Handle Time (AHT), Turnaround Time (TAT), Idle Time, Utilization, Attrition, and Forecast Accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs focusing on cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement across global operations.
  • Identify and champion use cases for AI technologies, including machine learning, generative AI, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and automation across key functions such as quality assurance, workforce management, fraud detection, and content moderation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
  • 12+ years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing / Knowledge Process Outsourcing / Shared Services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives, with a deep understanding of the entire model lifecycle from development to deployment and AI governance.
