We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned software engineer to lead the design and development of high-performance data platforms, ensuring reliability, observability, and scalability. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to embed AI-powered intelligence into platform workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and scaling data platforms in production environments, with expertise in workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow or Temporal. Proficiency in Node.js, Golang, or Java is also essential. Experience working with MongoDB and SQL databases, as well as message queues like Kafka, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and scale high-performance data platforms that power mission-critical systems.
  • Implement and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Apache Airflow or Temporal, ensuring reliability, observability, and scalability.
  • Develop services and backend components using Node.js, Golang, or Java to integrate with data pipelines and applications.
  • Connect and manage data across MongoDB, SQL databases, and other storage systems.
  • Set up and optimize message queues like Kafka for real-time event streaming.
Requirements
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling data platforms in production environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Apache Airflow or Temporal for workflow orchestration.
  • Solid programming skills in Node.js, Golang, or Java.
  • Experience working with MongoDB and SQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of message queues (Kafka or similar).
Nice-to-Haves
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and practices.
