Service Operations Lead

This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for the management of service operations. As a Service Operations Lead, you will be accountable for leading and managing service operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Teams: Lead and manage high performing service operations teams to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure timely execution of service delivery plans and activities, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and resolving complaints in a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Talent Development: Guide and mentor service engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge, driving performance improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety protocols, maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate service documentation and performance reports, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction through collaborative working with sales and R&D teams.
  • Vendor Management: Effectively manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering / Tooling industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
  • Audits and Compliance: Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication and Customer Relationship: Effective communication and customer relationship skills.

Location: Mumbai.
