The Senior Manager - Testing will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of testing projects for our portfolio. This includes customer management, internal stakeholder management, innovation, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand existing portfolio through transformation solutions to customers
  • Optimize cost by aligning to organizational goals and reducing billing loss
  • Ensure realization of existing revenue

  • Manage customers through weekly/monthly meetings and governance
  • Ensure CSAT/PSAT as per organizational standards and goals

  • Review key test deliverables and artifacts produced by the team and ensure they meet organizational standards

  • Identify training needs of the team and ensure completion of mandatory trainings
  • Effectively manage teams and maintain a healthy work environment
