About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Engineering & Technology Centers in India (India ETCs) by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the business strategy and develop HR strategies that support the organization's goals.
- Provide strategic input and leadership on decisions affecting the organization, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
- Lead talent management initiatives including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement, and employee engagement.
- Drive and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Partner with the Learning and Development SPOC to identify training needs and enable execution of programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to facilitate informed compensation decisions, analyses, interventions, and insights.
- Lead and partner on HR projects at both the country and team level.
- Establish strong connections with external HR forums and industry networks to bring in external perspectives and updates, aiding in informed business decisions and talent impact.
Requirements
- Over 15 years of HR business partnering experience, preferably within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Postgraduate degree in business management with a specialization in HR.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with a self-starter mindset.
- An innovative approach to improve processes and solve problems.
- Experienced in HR analytics and data analysis.
- Demonstrates analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
- Skilled in planning and collaborating with various functions and key stakeholders to successfully complete HR projects.
- Actively engaged within the industry and participates in HR forums.
- Possesses a deep understanding of current talent trends and practices.

Where is the Work
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite per week) based out of Bangalore.
