Job Title: Regional Plant Performance Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of our regional plant performance product strategy.

  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the creation of innovative biological products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Product Launch: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products, including pricing, promotion, and distribution plans.
  • Sales Support: Provide training and support to sales teams, offering product information, competitive analysis, and sales tools to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key customers, develop a value proposition for products and programs, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the agricultural or biologicals sector.
  • Strong understanding of biological products and their applications.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and precision agriculture technologies is a plus.
