Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in ensuring an exceptional employee and candidate experience by coordinating various human resources activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Post job openings, source candidates, draft employment letters, and facilitate hiring processes.
- Induction and Orientation: Welcome new employees, assign roles, and provide onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Employee Separation: Manage exit formalities, including exit interviews and final settlements, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Leave and Attendance: Oversee payroll management, leave policies, and attendance tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Employee Engagement: Organize activities to boost morale and engagement, fostering a positive work environment.
- Statutory Compliance: Update documents and adhere to guidelines to ensure legal compliance.
- Health and Safety: Conduct medical check-ups, ensure safety protocols, and manage insurance renewals to protect the well-being of employees.
- Performance Reviews: Coordinate appraisals, KPIs, and OKR reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Licenses and Documents: Ensure timely renewal of necessary documents, such as licenses and certifications.
- Communication: Facilitate smooth workflow by monitoring emails and communicating with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Employee Morale: Conduct polls, surveys, and take measures to improve morale and reduce turnover rates.
- Internship Planning: Develop inclusive internship curricula to prepare students for the corporate world and enhance their skills and knowledge.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resources or related field. Equivalent Post Graduate Diploma also considered.
Required Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
