Job Title

Cybersecurity Professionals Sought

We are looking for highly skilled professionals to join our team as Cybersecurity Engineers. The successful candidates will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and leading support teams.

About the Role:

  • Serve as an independent contributor in handling new demands
  • Provide solutions to customer requirements
  • Handle and troubleshoot priority incidents with expertise
  • Implement patching and handle changes efficiently
  • Create knowledge base articles and technical documentation
  • Perform log analysis on GPAM component servers
  • Manage CyberArk tickets effectively
  • Set up and configure test systems
  • Manage Firewall changes and open prolongations
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical services
  • Coordinate with the engineering team and process owners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independent Contribution: Serve as an independent contributor in handling new demands, providing solutions to customer requirements and handling priority incidents with expertise.
  • Patching and Change Management: Implement patching and handle changes efficiently, creating knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
  • Log Analysis: Perform log analysis on GPAM component servers.
  • CyberArk Ticket Management: Manage CyberArk tickets effectively, set up and configure test systems.
  • Firewall Management: Manage Firewall changes and open prolongations.
  • On-Call Support: Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical services, coordinating with the engineering team and process owners.

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineers with expertise in resolving complex technical issues and leading support teams.
  • Ability to serve as an independent contributor in handling new demands and providing solutions to customer requirements.
  • Expertise in implementing patching and handling changes efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of CyberArk ticket management and Firewall management.
  • Ability to perform log analysis on GPAM component servers.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
