Digital E-commerce Operations Manager

They are rapidly scaling their presence in the skincare and haircare segments with high-performing products driven by research and efficacy.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue on multiple Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy etc.
- Conduct market research, understand competition & market trends.
- Lead the team for product cataloguing, high-quality content, and search engine optimization to get the best listings.
- Manage relationships with related personnel within designated marketplaces.
- Work with operations team to manage shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and work with management & seniors to forecast future performance and data-oriented skills.
- Handle account management, category and catalogue management.
- Interest and willingness to work with the beauty and personal care sector is an advantage.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage a team of associates to drive marketplace channels.
