Job Description

We are seeking a Development Research Analyst to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse development sector projects, including research, monitoring & evaluation, digital solutions, and policy analysis.

This position involves conducting primary and secondary research for baseline-endline studies, supporting policy analysis and research publication development, and assisting in data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis.

Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare research briefs and summary reports, support needs assessment studies and impact evaluations, assist in survey design and data collection tool development, and help maintain project databases and documentation.

They will also assist in creating IEC materials, including booklets, toolkits, and educational content, support script development for awareness content, help document success stories and case studies, create engaging social media content for various platforms, and assist in social media posting and community engagement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, MSW, MBA (Rural Management) or related field
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
