Job Summary

The Plant Supply Chain Manager role is critical for managing end-to-end supply chain functions for the factory. This includes production planning and control, plant sourcing, logistics, and scrap management.

A successful candidate will oversee planning, procurement, production scheduling, inventory, and logistics to ensure efficient, cost-effective manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align material availability with the production plan to ensure zero downtime.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and central planning teams for demand forecasting and capacity planning.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of production planning, MRP, logistics, and warehousing practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
