Job Opportunity in Sustainability Reporting

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled ESG reporting professional to join our team and contribute to the development of our sustainability reporting product. As an ESG reporting specialist, you will work closely with various teams to research frameworks, assist with reporting requirements, and collaborate on building solutions for environmental, social, and governance compliance.

This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals with a strong interest in sustainability, corporate reporting, and ESG technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze ESG frameworks, including BRSR, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines.
  • Support the mapping of ESG standards and track regulatory trends in sustainability reporting.
  • Data and Reporting Support:
    • Work with teams to structure ESG data collection and reporting templates.
    • Support the development of GHG emission accounting workflows.
  • Assist in preparing benchmarking studies and gap assessments.
  • Product Support:
    • Provide feedback on ESG reporting product features from a user perspective.
    • Support the preparation of client-facing documentation and case studies.
  • Collaborate with the product team to test and validate ESG data workflows.
  • Documentation and Communication:
    • Prepare summaries, presentations, and insights on ESG frameworks.
    • Support the creation of internal knowledge bases for sustainability compliance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools is a plus.
  • Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and ESG compliance.
