Software Development Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing development team to deliver software projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Take technical responsibility for all stages of software development projects, providing expert advice to stakeholders.
  • Specify technology solutions that meet business requirements and achieve desired objectives.
  • Establish a successful team culture, helping team members grow their skillsets and careers.
  • Actively contribute to team productivity by engaging in hands-on coding and delivering high-quality code as part of ongoing development efforts.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of working experience in a software development environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience with cloud development on Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform, including services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, Glue, Kubernetes, Fargate, AWS Batch, and Aurora DB.
  • Ability to comprehend and implement project specifications, work on multiple technologies simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in developing mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Kotlin and Swift.
  • Proficiency in Java full-stack development, including Springboot Framework, Kafka.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes and practices.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate team members.
