Placement Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Placement Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our placement operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting and leading end-to-end placement operations, driving client engagement, managing student readiness, and delivering impactful hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement
    • We onboard hiring partners aligned with our programs, conduct introductory calls, pitch hiring solutions, full-time internships, and close mandates.
    • We coordinate meetings, webinars, and strategic discussions with HRs and corporate stakeholders.
  • Placement Drives
    • We plan and execute on-campus off-campus recruitment drives ensuring smooth logistics and follow-ups.
    • We implement Hire-Train-Deploy models with partner companies where applicable.
    • We manage end-to-end hiring execution including CV shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts.
  • Student Placement
    • We oversee the complete placement cycle from applications to final offer acceptance.
    • We track placement targets across programs and ensure timely closures.
    • We support training initiatives and pre-placement readiness technical soft skills.
    • We organize placement-focused webinars, HR-led sessions, and mock interviews.
    • We collaborate with the learning team to align training with industry expectations.
    • We track and improve student engagement and participation levels.
  • Data Management
    • We maintain accurate real-time placement data applications conversions hiring status.
    • We prepare weekly monthly dashboards and share insights with internal teams.
    • We use Excel Google Sheets and data analysis tools for reporting and decision-making.
    • We leverage AI tools to optimize reporting and outreach strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in placements operations.
  • Prior exposure to EdTech recruitment firms or campus hiring preferred.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel Google Workspace and CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal written communication abilities.
  • An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
