We are seeking a visionary Senior AI/ML Expert to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction for projects, breaking down complex business requirements into actionable tasks for the team to execute on.
  • Drive the development and technical implementation of innovative AI/ML solutions, including configuration and integration, to meet business objectives.
  • Lead routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
  • Design and develop control logic for end-to-end AI-based solutions, leveraging emerging technologies to drive business growth.
  • Train and mentor colleagues to enhance their skills in machine learning and data modeling, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Craft and sustain technical outputs such as design documentation and representative models, promoting knowledge sharing and reuse.
  • Develop and implement Proof of Concepts and complex AI/ML solutions, pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience in machine learning, particularly in Recommender Systems.
  • A strong understanding of data processing, ML infrastructure, and DevOps/MLOps practices.
  • At least 2 years of experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS and AWS SageMaker.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling, with a solid grasp of related tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Keras is a significant plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • DBT is highly desirable
