About the Role

TalentGigs is seeking a skilled machine learning expert with deep hands-on experience in designing intelligent, scalable solutions using cloud-native MLOps and advanced AI tools on Azure.

This role involves designing ML/NLP pipelines for automating loan origination, underwriting, and document intelligence processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience with LLMs, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and deploying models into production-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ML/NLP pipelines for automating mortgage loan processing workflows.
  • Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions using Azure.
  • Build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems to enable autonomous decision-making, task planning, and loan-processing agents.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, explainability, and effectiveness of AI solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and NLP.
  • Proven expertise with LLMs and LangChain / AutoGen / Agentic AI design.
  • Proficiency in Python, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Spacy, HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud – including Azure ML, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Azure ML pipelines, or Kubeflow.
  • Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
