Job Title: ServiceNow ITBM Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITBM Developer to join our team at QBrainX. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to support strategic portfolio management and IT business management functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ServiceNow Configuration & Administration: Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and Telecommunications Service Management (TPM) modules.
  • Implementation & Integration: Lead the implementation and integration of ServiceNow ITBM solutions with other enterprise systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment between systems.
  • Customization & Development: Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and tools (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, etc.) to meet specific business needs.
  • Consulting & Best Practices: Provide expert advice on ServiceNow SPM/ITBM best practices, process improvements, and solution design, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow SPM/ITBM modules, offering support and training to users to enhance their experience and usage of the platform.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration details, process maps, and user guides, generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into project and portfolio performance.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM/ITBM modules, including project management, demand management, and resource management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), ServiceNow development tools (Flow Designer, Integration Hub), and reporting.
  • Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or other relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
