Steel Structure Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of steel structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operations, ensuring timely execution, and delivering results across multiple locations.
  • They will lead end-to-end project execution from planning to completion, managing budgets, resources, and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage site teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  2. Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely material dispatch.
  3. Monitor on-site work quality, safety, and adherence to client specifications.
  4. Travel to project sites as necessary to oversee execution and resolve challenges.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflows and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Develop and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in project or operations management, preferably in construction/industrial domains.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-value industrial projects.
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge project and operations management practices.
