Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day general office management, including housekeeping, travel desk, vendor management, facility management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the office supplies inventory, anticipating needs and expediting orders.
  • Coordinate with external parties for repair, maintenance, and replacement of office equipment and facilities.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals.
  • Maintain accurate records, including filing systems and financial documents.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of office management software, such as MS Office.
  • Relevant experience in travel desk, housekeeping, vendor management, and facility management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
