Brand Strategist - Opportunity

This is a high-impact role for someone who blends creativity with strategic acumen and thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment. We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated brand strategies to build equity and drive top-line growth.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital, offline, and retail touchpoints.
  • Craft compelling consumer journeys through innovative storytelling, content creation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee and optimize performance across SEO, SEM, email, paid media, and social platforms.
  • Analyze campaign data to improve return on ad spend (ROAS), reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC), and increase retention and average order value (AOV).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns.
  • Conduct market analysis to guide product development and positioning.
  • Plan and execute product launches and assortment strategies, including pricing and bundling.
  • Own demand forecasting and inventory planning for category success.
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers and partners to drive brand visibility and credibility.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external collaborators and cross-functional teams.
  • Track and report key brand KPIs including engagement, market share, brand health, and profitability.
  • Drive innovation through experimentation and data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of brand or marketing experience in consumer products, direct-to-consumer (D2C), or digital-first brands.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and campaign analytics.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns, media buying, and digital performance.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into creative brand actions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, CRM/email platforms, and e-commerce analytics.
• Experience with wellness, skincare, or healthcare brands is a strong plus.
