Develop and lead a team of skilled mould designers to create high-quality injection moulds for the automotive, engineering, and toy industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a design team to deliver moulds on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide regular updates.
  • Have hands-on experience in mould design, particularly injection moulds, and proficiency in UG/NX software.
  • Strong knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, plastic material behavior, and steel materials/standard element selection.
  • Be able to troubleshoot and control rejections and rework.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in leading a design department in a tool room.
  • Experience in automotive, engineering, and toy mould design preferred.
  • Possess good knowledge of injection mould design, DFM analysis, and Mold Flow analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of UG/NX software.
  • Experience in working with UG/NX software.
  • Ability to prepare design plans and execute delivery as per customer timelines.
