Customer Service Representative Opportunity:
Our company is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to take on the role of making outbound calls to US-based insurance companies, patients, or the helpdesk as per process requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make proactive outreach calls to US-based insurance companies/patients/helpdesk as per established guidelines.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to promote products/services or gather essential information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and conversion goals through effective call handling.
- Address customer objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team leaders and quality analysts to enhance call quality and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- 1–4 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably with US clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and call centre software for streamlined operations.
- Goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with US culture and customer behavior patterns.
