We are seeking a HR Generalist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for freshers or final-year HR students who want to build their careers in recruitment and staffing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, conducting telephonic or video interviews, maintaining candidate databases and reports, coordinating with clients and hiring managers as needed, and contributing to daily HR operations and internal hiring tasks.

To be eligible for this position, applicants must have an HR background (BBA/MBA in HR or related fields) and possess excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities, and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Conduct telephonic or video interviews.
  • Maintain candidate database and reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and hiring managers as needed.
  • Contribute to daily HR operations and internal hiring tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
