We are seeking an exceptional and results-driven Aptitude Trainer to empower students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong command over mathematical concepts, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Engaging Lesson Plans: Design and deliver interactive sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Evaluate Student Progress: Prepare assessments, practice exercises, and mock tests to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Offer personalized support and mentorship to students, helping them improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the placement/training team to ensure students are well-prepared for campus placements and competitive exams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Aptitude Expertise: Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions engaging.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
  • Qualification and Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields; prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer/Faculty/Coach is preferred.
