Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert in advanced GenAI technologies to join our team.

  • You will develop and implement cutting-edge AI models and solutions to drive business growth.
  • Lead technical innovation and ensure seamless integration of AI into our services.
  • Define best practices and standards for AI solution development.
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and client presentations on GenAI use cases.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective AI strategies.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI technologies to enhance conversational AI capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform integration and functionality issues.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience with AI/GenAI.
  • Expertise in NLP, NLU, and NLG technologies.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, backend systems, and data flows.
  • Programming skills in Python, Node.js, Java or similar.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
