We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative
GenAI Platforms Architect
to join our team in the Communication sector. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, integrating, and implementing next-generation
Generative AI platforms
. You will play a key role in designing agentic workflows, leveraging frameworks like
LangGraph
, and leading
MCP (Multi-Channel Platform) server
deployments to deliver scalable, robust, and secure AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement Generative AI platform solutions with a focus on agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Lead the deployment, integration, and management of MCP servers across enterprise environments.
  • Apply hands-on expertise in LangGraph for building advanced agentic systems.
  • Define and drive architecture standards, best practices, and governance models for GenAI implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GenAI solutions with business and technical requirements.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions across enterprise-grade deployments.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in GenAI, LLMs, and AI orchestration frameworks to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in AI/ML platform architecture, with a focus on Generative AI solutions.
  • Strong expertise in designing agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar frameworks.
  • Proven experience with MCP (Multi-Channel Platform) server deployment and integration.
  • Solid background in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI solution deployment.
  • Strong understanding of AI security, governance, and compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Familiarity with enterprise communication solutions and AI-driven customer engagement systems.
