Key Responsibilities:
  • Java Development: Lead backend development with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
  • Design Expertise: At least 5+ years of experience in designing systems with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Microservices Architecture: Hands-on experience building microservices using REST and SOAP/XML for 5+ years.
  • Database Technologies: Extensive experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, along with expertise in DML, DDL, and Query Optimization.
  • Systems Integration: Proven experience (5+ years) in systems integration, especially in event-based messaging and high-volume real-time data streaming using tools such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  • Team Leadership: Take ownership of the team's deliverables, mentor junior developers, review code, and guide the team through technical challenges.
  • Deployment Process: Hands-on knowledge of the entire deployment process, from development through to production.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: In-depth experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile and Iterative methodologies.
  • Capacity Planning and Optimization: Expertise in capacity planning, performance analysis, and optimization in a distributed client/server environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analysis, design, and programming capabilities, with a problem-solving mindset.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
  • Skills: Strong in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, NoSQL databases, and systems integration.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of leading teams and taking ownership of deliverables. Preferred candidates will have experience in Spring WebFlux and Reactive programming. Willing to work in Hyderabad or Bhubaneswar.
