We are seeking a highly experienced IT Transformation Project Manager to join our team in India. As a key member of our Global Transition & Transformation Team, you will be responsible for managing entire transition projects delivered to contractual services customer accounts or significant workstreams on large and complex Transition projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering successful projects, ensuring customer satisfaction targets are met, and working closely with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage entire transition projects or significant workstreams on large and complex Transition projects
  • Deliver successful projects that meet customer satisfaction targets
  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve business goals
  • Build and manage high-performing teams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and issue logs
  • Ensure financial management and control of projects
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and internal departments

Requirements

  • 15-20 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry
  • Prince2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to articulate the value of project management to internal and external customers
  • Skilled user of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • Good working knowledge of ITIL Principles
