Job Profile

The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless system functionality, reliability and scalability.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage real-time monitoring systems for optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex system issues.
  • Develop and maintain robust automation pipelines for enhanced efficiency and dependability.
  • Optimize system performance through process automation.
  • Analyze intricate system structures to pinpoint potential areas of concern.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analyses and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Proficiency in setting up dashboards, analyzing metrics/logs and configuring alerts for system performance and reliability.
  • Familiarity with system architecture and configuration management tools.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS and Load Balancing protocols.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus and Loki.
  • Strong skills in incident response and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams.
  • Adept at documenting processes and conveying technical concepts clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform.
