This role offers the opportunity to engineer and operate foundational technology platforms, leveraging datacenter infrastructure and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop real-time systems that meet the needs of our global business.
  • Optimize existing systems through automation and tooling, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Contribute to the development of a robust SRE program across multiple complex systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure changes align with measurable Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Analyze system capacity and performance, identifying potential bottlenecks and sources of instability.
  • Review and provide feedback on automation code developed by peers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal impact on infrastructure and service operations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and PowerShell, with ability to comprehend C# and develop basic applications.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, cloud-based services and infrastructure (AWS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Configuration Management (Ansible).
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
