Seeking a seasoned data analyst to lead business initiatives with actionable insights.

  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive strategic outcomes and optimize performance.
  • They will mine and analyze structured and unstructured data using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark to uncover valuable information.
  • A key responsibility will be building and implementing predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • The successful applicant will assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance.
  • They will develop custom data models and scalable algorithms tailored to business needs.
  • Effective communication of insights is crucial; therefore, they must be skilled in using Power BI to visualize findings and present them effectively.
  • Another important task will be leading the automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using Python, R, Power Query, and cloud-based tools.
  • Collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models and monitor their performance is also expected.
  • Designing and implementing tools and processes to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact will be a significant part of this role.
  • The successful candidate will deliver training modules and mentor junior analysts to enhance analytical capability across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
  • Proven expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS
  • Skilled in process mapping, redesign, and automation of complex workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
