Job Overview

A Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounts and finance department. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Vouchers, and monthly Bank reconciliation Statements.
• Ensuring timely vendor reconciliation activity
• Preparing all supporting information for various audits
• Maintaining accurate records for financial transactions
• Reconciling TDS and TCS
• Coordinating with external and internal auditors to prepare draft financial reports
• Performing year-end and monthly closure activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a CA degree with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing
  • Be proficient in SAP FICO module and Microsoft Office
  • Have strong knowledge of TDS, TCS, GST, corporate law, and accounting standards
  • Possess excellent administration and organizational skills
  • Exhibit well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
