Job Title: Senior Urban Infrastructure Manager

    We are seeking an accomplished senior urban infrastructure manager to oversee large-scale, state-level implementations of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) scheme. As a seasoned professional in project/program management, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring effective delivery of projects.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage large-scale, state-level implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) scheme.
  • Develop and implement strategies for successful project delivery, including timeline management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, private developers, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure timely fund release from central/state resources and proper utilization through direct benefit transfer (DBT) and integrated MIS.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and ensure compilation, collation, and submission of robust project Management Information System (MIS) and analytics reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in project/program management, including at least 4-5 years handling government, housing, infrastructure, or urban development projects.
  • Proven experience in centrally sponsored/central government schemes, including fund management and implementation at state level or with government consulting assignments.
  • Hands-on experience with IT systems, MIS, and team management.
  • Substantial exposure to public procurement, bid management, and document preparation as per government norms.
