About the Role:

The Study Abroad Expert will provide personalized guidance to students seeking international design education opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on top global design schools and their admission processes to advise students effectively.
  • Deliver customized counseling services to students on study abroad options, application procedures, and eligibility criteria.
  • Support students in developing strong portfolios, crafting compelling SOPs, and preparing for entrance exams/interviews.
  • Help students explore scholarship and financial aid opportunities.
  • Stay updated on visa regulations and assist students with the application process.
  • Organize seminars, webinars, and workshops to inform students about studying design abroad.
  • Maintain accurate records of student applications and track their progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create content related to study abroad opportunities.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in academic counseling, study abroad consultancy, or international admissions is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of global design education trends and admission processes is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to mentor students and craft effective applications is crucial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools is necessary.
  • A passion for design education and student success is vital.
