Job Title: Senior Technical Writer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical writer to join our team. This is a contract position.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the networking/telecommunications/contact center domain. DITA/Oxygen tool knowledge and an educational background in computer science are highly desirable.

This role involves creating and maintaining product documentation in the networking, telecom, or contact center domains. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong writing skills and a deep understanding of these fields.
