Lead UX Designer Position

We're seeking a skilled Lead UX Designer to join our innovative team. As a key player in crafting exceptional user experiences for web and mobile applications, you'll have the opportunity to drive design excellence and shape the future of our products.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually stunning and functional interfaces that meet user needs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life, conduct user experience research to inform design decisions, and ensure overall quality and consistency in user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Interface Design: Create intuitive and engaging interfaces that exceed user expectations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of designs
  • User Experience Research: Conduct research to identify user needs and preferences
  • Design Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality design deliverables and consistent user experience
Requirements:
  • Visual Design Skills: Proven expertise in visual design principles and mockup creation
  • UI/UX Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in User Interface (UI) Design and User Experience (UX)
  • Front-End Development Skills: Proficiency in front-end development technologies is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of WordPress design and motion graphics skills are a plus
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently and remotely
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field
