We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Associate. This is a full-time on-site role based in Central Delhi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing legal documents, managing case files, conducting thorough research, and providing expert legal advice to clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare legal documents and analyze complex legal issues.
  • Manage case files and conduct comprehensive research.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to clients.
  • Attend court hearings, negotiations, and arbitration sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in indirect tax, power sector, shipping laws, and dispute resolution is required.
  • Proficiency in law and the ability to handle complex legal issues.
  • Experience in legal document preparation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong research and case management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Membership in good standing with the Bar Council.
